On some Saturdays, I like to take the time to zoom out of my everyday life.
One aspect keeps coming up over and over again as I do these reflections is the question of ‘enough’.
How much earning is enough?
How much spending is enough?
How much saving is enough?
What kind of behavior is enough (for me to keep distance or continue engaging)?
What is enough? How much is enough?
The answers might change depending on the day. But if I’m not actively thinking about these questions, I’m not prioritizing what matters and pruning what doesn’t. That means I won’t have my enough defined and so someone else will likely do it for me. And that perhaps won’t be in my best interest.
